Narasinge temple is located in Manipal, Udupi District, Karnataka, India. The main deity of the temple is Lord Narasimha, 4th incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The deity is believed to be of about 12th century. It is a quiet, silent, clam, peaceful location surrounded by forest and fields. The temple is renovated recently and the architecture is made up of rock stone. There is a holy water pond in front of the temple. In the north eastern side of the temple there is a tomb of an unknown sage who used to do his meditation for many years. After the worship of the main deity the holy water is put on his tomb. This temple is about 4 KM from Tiger Circle of Manipal.
Adjacent to the temple there is a multipurpose hall, dining area and a kitchen. This place is ideal to arrange any religious functions.
